VARTAN TASHJIAN, a Lebanese-Armenian 'journalist', ARF-dashnaktsoutyoun's (Armenian Talibans – A.K.) partisan member since 1985, 'frozen' from ARF-partisanship in 1997, sentenced and imprisoned for complicity in the assassination attempt against NKR president Arkadi Ghoukassyan committed on March 22 2000, was also interrogated (by the Military Prosecution of RA –A.K.) concerning the "October 27" Terrorist Massacre case ("October 27" Criminal Case materials, volume 15, pages 8-11).

 Let me remind you that after the uncovering of ARF Bureau's "DRO" and "31" ("Vahan Hovhannisyan-Panchouni+30 – A.K.) terrorist conspiracies in Armenia, it became evident that ARF-dashnaktsoutyoun had 'far-sightedly' and in priory 'expelled' many of its partisans that were convicted by the court for terrorism. Let me also remind you that 3 of the "27" Massacre criminal quintet, namely (Chief dashnak Rascal – A.K.) nayiri hounanyan, the latter's uncle Vram Galstyan and 'doctor' Edik Grikoryan were within those, who were in priory 'documented' as 'expelled' partisan members by their party ARF-dashnakktsoutyoun.

Lebanese-Armenian (dashnak terrorist – A.K.) Vartan Tashjian's name  attracted my attention, because that name was familiar to me, firstly from  the criminal case of ARF Bureau's "DRO" terrorist structure uncovered in  1994, then from the criminal case of the terrorist attack (perpetrated against NKR president Arkadi Ghoukassyan – A.K.) of March 22 2000 in Stepanakert. Here, I would like to fix that after the uncovering of ARF Bureau's "DRO" terrorist structure and the decoding of the archives of "DRO" [the responsible in charge of "DRO"-s archive was present member of ARF's  'Supreme Body' Gegham Manoukian (presently Armenian-Taliban "Yerkir"  newspaper's editor-in-chief – A.K.) – secret code No. "112"], it was

 revealed that Vartan Tashjian was entrustedwith the responsiblibilty for the  management of the 'human resources' (cadres) of "DRO" terrorist structure  and was 'classified' under the secret code No."160" in the "DRO" terrorist structure.

 However, the Armenian law-enforcement bodies had not managed to arrest  Vartan Tashjian. Concequently, Vartan Tashjian had avoided from being trialed with the remaining terrorists of ARF-dashnaktsoutyoun's "DRO" structure, because he had succeeded to escape out of Armenia (to Lebanon) just on time. He was under criminal search thereafter.

 From first sight, Lebanese-Armenian (dashnak-Armenian Taliban mercenary – A.K.) Vartan Tashjian's testimonies given to "October 27" case investigation body would not be regarded of much importance, had it not contained the timetable of this 'overseas' ('akhpar' – A.K.) dashnak's meetings and appointments with Chief dashnak Vampire nayiri hounanyan. Vartan Tashjian says in his testimonies that the first time he met nayiri hounanyan since the latter's refuge to Yevpatoria-Crimea and Vartan's narrow escape to Lebanon, was in autumn of 1997, on Mashtots Avenue in downtown Yerevan.

 Here, I repeat again, that Vartan Tashjian had met Chief Criminal nayiri hounanyan in the autumn of 1997, when all the terrorists convicted in ARF Bureau's "DRO" criminal-terrorist case were still behind the bars. Thus, suspect Lebanese-Armenian terrorist Vartan Tashjian had not only dared to return to Armenia without any fear, but he also had not worried about walking freely on the sidewalks of Yerevan city centre… Naturally, the following logical question arises: from whom would Vartan Tashjian fear at that time (autumn 1997)? Of course, he would have feared and avoided from the officers of the Interior and National Security Ministries.  Then, why didn't he worry about being arrested? Taking into consideration that V. Tashjian could never take the risk of returning to Yerevan in the period between 1994-1996 when Vano Siradeghian was still the Interior Minister of RA, the fact that ashjian came back in 1997 makes it evident that the reason for taking such a 'high risk' was ("October 27" organizer 'Gayen-Triple Rascal' KGB patron – A.K.) Serzhik Sarkissyan's simultaneous occupation of both the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of National Security (KGB).

 Autumn of 1997 was also important for the reason that exactly at this time the preparatory operations and rehearsals for the February 1998 state coup d'Čtat were being completed in Armenia. During autumn of 1997, the 'silky' state coup was executed. However it was equally probable that the First President of RA Levon H. Ter-Petrossian and his teammates would not yield to the continuous pressures exerted by the conspirators and their overseas

sponsors, i.e. refusing to peacefully hand over the power levers to the putchists –something, that they eventually did, for the sake of avoiding a collision or a bloody inter-Armenian civil war.

 Of course, the possibility of an armed collision could not be ruled out then. Therefore, the fact of the return to Armenia during the same period (1997) of Chief dashnak Criminal nayiri hounanyan, Lebanese-Armenian (Taliban – A.K.) VARTAN TASHJIAN, in addition to another fugitive Lebanese-Armenian dashnak suspect in "DRO" criminal- terrorist case - "DASHNAK JIRO" JIRAYR SEFILIAN ["DRO" Structure secret code: "10th Division"], was not incidental at all, but was inter-connected and planned.

 Let us note that in a difference with Lebanese-Armenian experienced Middle-Eastern dashnak provocateurs Vartan Tashjian and Jirayr Sefilian (nicknamed "Dashnak Jiro"), nayiri hounanyan did not have many good reasons for hiding from the search of the law-enforcement bodies. On the other hand, Chief dashnak Scoundrel nayiri hounanyan was not the kind of fool, who, without having a really 'good' (profitable) reason, would easily sell his coastal house in Yevpatoria-Crimea for $15,000 and come back to Armenia just make some 'business' in selling "Marlboro", "Winston" or "Camel" stickers in the 'Bangladesh' (South-Western suburb of Yerevan) market.

However as we have witnessed, a collision of forces did not happen in Hayastan, because after resisting to the mounting conspiracies for 4-5 months, Levon Ter-Petrossian presented his resignation. The First President considered that the other alternative (collision of forces) would be even more dangerous for the further existence of the Armenian national statehood.

 Although ARF's above-mentioned trained terrorists, who arrived from their 'refuges' (Lebanon, Iran etc. – A.K.) back to Armenia in autumn 1997, were not entrusted with specific 'jobs' (terrorist missions) during the Feb. 1998 state coup (Vazgen Sarkissyan would not tolerate it – A.K.), however in the period that followed, these dashnak provocateur-mercenaries did not remain 'jobless' and had several chances to show their real faces.

 As we know, Chief dashnak Vampire nayiri hounanyan 'starred' the main role of the Chief Crime Tool in the operation of "October 27" Terrorist Massacre; imported Lebanese-dashnak 'journalist' Vartan Tashjian built his 'glory' in "March 22" assassination attempt operation in Stepanakert-Gharabagh, while the very near 'future' will show who exactly 'Dashnak Jiro' JIRAYR SEFILIAN is (do not forget 'Dashnak Jiro's' recent revengeful 'speech' on February 22

2002). However Time will show and put everything in order.

 Let me just remind , that like (the sons of the Jewish prostitute Natel – A.K.) nayiri and Karen Hounanyans, most of the brother-killing dashnak terrorists that were arrested and convicted in ARF Bureau's "DRO" criminal-terrorist case, had been Homenetmen 'boy-scouts' before delivering their partisan dashnak (Armenian Taliban – A.K.) oaths on the 9mm Mauser pistol.

 Vartan Tashjian had founded a 'camp' of 'Hye Ari-s' -  so-called boy-scouts, next to the NKR Defense Army, and was keeping himself busy in transmitting his 'rich' experience in Middle-Eastern fratricide and brother-killing, gained in the inter-Armenian bloody liquidations of Beirut (in the 80-ies, treacherously killing A.S.A.L.A. adherents or distributors of "Hayastan" or Armenian Popular Movement's journals, with treacherous bullets from the back, fired from the corners of the streets – A.K.), thus 'educating'  new generations of Gharabagh so-called 'boy-scouts' or 'Kung Fu' players [c/o A.B.B.A. instructor, careerist Lebanese Freemason Karo Kebabjian/ dashnak 'zayim'-maouzerist Kapik Artin's son] - (future brother-killing Rouben Ter-Minassyans [i.e. legendary fedayi Gevork Chavoush's assassin], nayiri hounanyans, Sedrakoghlis and 'Gayen-Triple-Rascal Serzhiks - A.K.) to the rising generation of Gharabaghtsi brother-killers, formally called as 'boy-scouts' or 'Kung-Fu' players.

 Let me finally remind you that HARUTYUN HARUTYUNYAN who, thanks to  Kocharyan's illegal intervention, narrowly escaped from custody for his complicity in "27", was recruited under the secret code "1401" in the ARF Bureau's "DRO" criminal-terrorist structure.

 P.S.   By the way, I cannot tell for sure, whether "October 27" Massacre Chief Tool nayiri hounanyan and the Armenian Taliban Vartan Tashjian (imported from the Lebanese Republic – A.K.) had met each other in the period between 1994 and 1997 or not, however one thing is for certain, that further to Chief dashnak Monster nayiri haounanyan's mediation, Vartan's sister Lilit Tashjian had appeared in the province of Crimea and is occupying till date the post of the 'responsible' of press in the Armenian community of  Simferopol-Crimea.
