On July 29 2002, ("October 27" State Treason-Massacre chief commander – A.K.) Robert Kocharyan visited Byurakan and joined the 550 Homenetmen (dashnak) 'boy-scouts' camping there, receiving from them his gift of 'merit', a Homenetmen 'boy-scout' necktie. Moreover, he was 'granted' the title of the 'First [dashnak-Homentemen] Boy-scout'. In this respect, I think just taking the aspect of so many Homenetmen-dashnak 'boy-scouts' gathered at one place, should create serious security worries for the population of Hayastan. Let me remind the reader, that two days prior to the "October 27" Terrorist Act, several of these Homenetmen-dashnak-Hask 'boy-scouts', in the company of their founder (Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan) had gathered in the cafeteria of the Armenian National Assembly and had discussed some themes, in the consequence of which the "27" Crime was executed, which obviously served the best interests of the man who had illegitimately occupied the office of the President of RA in 1998 – i.e., Robert Kocharyan. We could neglecto this event in Byurakan, or just express a glance of an opinion about it, saying that Kocharyan, since his early childhood, was suffering from a weakness, a clinical tendency towards Soviet pioneer's red neckties; and this complex of childhood was the main reason that stimulated (the great specialist of 'klizma' and 'circumstances hindering the good dancer – testicles' – A.K.) Kocharyan to visit his fellow dashnak-Homenetmen 'boy-scouts'. However, as we said, we have serious reasons to get worried for the fate of Hayastan. In order to substantiate what I am saying and in order to understand what is really going on, I am proposing to the reader to study and understand together what are the Homenetmen (H.M.E.M.) members in reality, who are the so-called Homenetmen 'boy-scouts', when was the “Homenetmen” inserted into the Republic of Armenia, who were its leaders, and what were the relationships of those 'boy-scouts' with the "October 27" Terrorist Crime. Hence, just for the sake of clarification, let us say that the Armenian Sporting General Union (Homenetmen) is a structure that is guided from Lebanon. The H.M.E.M. is guided by its Central Administration that counts 13 members. 4 out of 5 responsible functions in the Central Administration of Homenetmen, i.e., the posts of the 'atenapet' (chairman), the 'atenadpir', representative of the scouting organization, the accountant-cashier and the responsible of the “Marzik” magazine, the official organ of the “Homenetmen”, are entrusted to the Lebanese dashnaks. Moreover, 5 of the Central Administration members of the Homenetmen are Lebanese, and the headquarters of the Central Administration is located in Beirut. Therefore, similar to the ARF-dashnaktsutyun party, the Homenetmen was always guided from Lebanon. By the way, let us say that the Homenetmen was founded in Istanbul in 1918. It was introduced into the Third Republic of Armenia for the first time in 1990, by means of several pro-dashnak activist participants of the Gharabagh Movement in Armenia (Chief dashnak scoundrel nayiri hounanyan, late Vartan Bakhshyan etc. – A.K.). We present to your attention some of them: The Homenetmen branch in Yerevan was founded and guided by so-called 'former' dashnak partisan and presently Criminal-terrorist nayiri hounanyan. Some of the first members of the H.M.E.M. had been the younger Criminal Karen Hunanyan, their uncle Vram Galstyan, their comrade, dashnak partisan Edik Grikoryan. As you should have noticed, 4 out of the 5 criminal terrorists that executed the horrible terrorist attack against the Armenian Parliament on "October 27", were so-called 'former' dashnak partisans. I think that the reader would also be interested to know who were within the initiators of the Homenetmen 'boy-scout' movement in Hayastan, all of them 'former' or present ARF-dashnak partisans; most of them were more or less associated to the "October 27" Terrorist Massacre. Let us mention some of these "Homenetmen" 'brothers': 1. (Chief dashnak Criminal – A.K.) Nayiri Hunanyan's old friend, ("October 27" Massacre mastermind – A.K.) Robert Kocharyan's infamous 'guardian angel', 'former' dashnak partisan, 'public' or 'national' "ArmTV"-'s director NAGHDALYAN TIGRAN. 2. (Homenetmen 'boy-scout' organization founder, Chief Criminal – A.K.) Nayiri Hunanyan's old friend, 'former' ARF-dashnak partisan, Robert Kocharyan's present 'referent', Homenetmen-Hask 'boy-scout' movement leader BAGRAT YESSAYAN. 3. Terrorist hunanyan brothers' intimate friend U.S. citizen SEROP TER-POGHOSSYAN, who received his 'share' from Armenia's heavy industry ("Metal Prince") from the hands of Robert Kocharyan, was born in Iraq in 1960, (Serop Ter-Poghossyan was the founder of the Armenia filial of Judeo-Masonic "Rotary Club International" ref. www.mason.org.tr – A.K.), whom the Criminal hunanyan brothers had proposed to marry their old prostitute bitch-mother Natella. This same Serop Ter-Poghossyan had paid the sum of USD 300 for the 'purchase' of the weapons that were used during the "October 27" Terrorist Act. 4. Leader of Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan-created Homenetmen (starting from 1999), ex-prisoner convict in ARF-dashnaktsutyun Bureau's "DRO" terrorist structure Terrorist Case in 1994, ex-prisoner accomplice in "October 27" 1999 terrorist operation, so-called 'former' ARF-dashnak partisan, ("27" Gharabaghtsi organizer – A.K.) Robert Kocharyan's 'guardian angel', "ArmTV-Hayloor's" vice-director HARUTYUN HARUTYUNYAN. 5. (Armenian Taliban "Yerkir" organ's editor – A.K.) GEGHAM MANOUKYAN had affiliated to ARF-dashnaktsutyun 10 years ago, by means of the partisan mediation of Chief Criminal nayiri hounanyan. Gegham Manukyan was the responsible for the secret archives of ARF-dashnak Bureau's "DRO" terrorist-criminal structure in 1994, was attributed the secret code "112" and was eventually convicted to 4 years of imprisonment for in priory knowledge about the "Qerop" double-murder operation (the assassination of late dashnak Ashot Nersissyan and his wife), 'former Homenetmen 'boy-scout' and present dashnak partisan, editor-in-chief of Robert Kocharyan's criminal regime's 'guardian angel' "Yerkir" newspaper. 6. Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan's old friend VARTAN TASHJYAN, a citizen of the Lebanese Republic, where is located the administrative headquarter of ARF-dashnaktsutyun and Homenetmen-dashnak 'boy-scouts' (potential terrorists – A.K.). According to ("Isfahan-85 killer Parskahye 'petagloukh', "DRO" structure criminal – A.K.) Hrant Markaryan, Vartan Tashjyan was a member of administration of ARF Bureau's "DRO" terrorist structure in 1994 bearing the secret code "160". Despite being a fugitive from the Armenian Justice, Tashjyan had arrived to Armenia and had met with the Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan on Mashtots Avenue in Yerevan in autumn 1997. This Vartan Tashjyan had founded a school of 'Hye Ari' dashnak 'boy-scouts' during 1998-2000 in Artsakh. He was condemned by the Gharabagh Justice court for participation in "March 22" assassination attempt against (Robert Kocharyan's puppet – A.K.) Arkady Ghoukassyan. Tashjyan is being marketed as a 'former' ARF-dashnak partisan, who has now fled back to Beirut and has recently made a public appeal to Robert Kocharyan, demanding from Kocharyan to grant 'national hero's' status to the 5 dashnak authors of the July 27 1983 failed terrorist operation in Lisbon-Portugal (the appeal was published in 'ex'-dashnak editor of "Aztag" official dashnak newspaper in Beirut Dikran Vosgouny's "Armenian Horizon" Internet site, despite the latter's fair knowledge that the 5 young men lead by A.S.A.L.A. member Vatché Daghlyan became the tragic victims of Dashnak Bureau's mean betrayal, and despite the knowledge of our respected Dikran Vosgouny about who in reality are the likes of dashnak terrorist mercenaries Vartan Tashjyan, Jirayr Sefilyan and fellow conspirators, ref. their roles in "Dro" Terrorist case and "27" Massacre – A.K.). Dear reader, This is the whole reality about the 'glorious' activities of "Homenetmen" in our Fatherland Armenia. It was founded by the filthy hands of the nation-betraying abortive criminal called Nayiri Hunanyan. And now, 550 members of this organization called "Homenetmen" are gathered in Byurakan, on the slopes of Mount Aragadz and they are attaching a 'boy-scout's' red-orange neck-tie around ("27" terrorist operation chief commander – A.K.) Robert Kocharyan's neck, granting him the 'honorary' title of 'First dashnak-Homenetmen boy-scout'… THUS, WE CAN RECORD FOR HISTORY THAT STARTING FROM THE CURRENT JULY 29, ROBERT KOCHARYAN IN FACT BECAME A FULL-RIGHT MEMBER OF THE HOMENTEMEN 'BOY-SCOUT' ORGANIZATION FOUNDED BY dashnak abortive Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan. I think that this much is enough so that the reader forms at least an approximate opinion about who are Armenia's Homenetmen 'boy-scouts' and what they represent in their bare reality. However, for the mass of readers who nevertheless consider the above facts not sufficient, in order for them to visualize the real danger coming from these Homenetmen 'boy-scouts', I propose to the attention of these skeptical readers to read attentively the following segments extracted from the "October 27" criminal case, concerning the "Homenetmen" 'boy-scouts'. In my opinion, these segments are so clear and so straight-forward, that no additional comments are needed. I shall just mention the status of the author of the testimony, the corresponding volumes and the pages of the criminal case.

Segments from the testimonies made by dashnak-Homenetmen 'boy-scouts' during the criminal investigation, concerning their proven complicity in "October 27" State Treason-Massacre:

1. BAGRAT YESSAYAN: (Robert Kocharyan's 'referent': "In the hour preceding the ("27") 'incident', we had agreed to go together to the National Assembly, where we met with Vahan Hovhannissyan(-Panchouni), (mean traitor – A.K.) Andranik Manoukyan, Shavarsh Kocharyan. The meeting was held at 14:05-15:05 PM (on October 27 '99). The aim of the meeting was to create a parliamentary committee for the assistance of the Homenetmen 'boy-scouting' movement." "I can tell for sure, that Harutyun Harutyunyan, who did not know Nayiri Hunanyan very well, could not be involved in this disgusting crime. I find it necessary to add, that Harutyun (Harutyunyan) was affiliated to the Homenetmen boy-scouting movement after summer of 1991… At that time, Nayiri Hunanyan was already 'expelled from the ('boy-scout') organization." "Nayiri Hunanyan and I, both being the initiators of the Homenetmen 'boy-scout' movement, had a conflict in the period that followed." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.11, case-pages 196-197). 2. ROBERT SEDRAK KOCHARYAN – Citizen of NKR – (illegitimate 'president of RA – A.K.): "As a matter of 'fact', I do not recognize Harutyun Harutyunyan. They have reminded me that during my office as Prime Minister or president of RA, I had hosted him in the company of a boy-scout group, in some kind of a forum. I am not denying the possibility of this." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.12, case-pages 48). 3. NARINE DILBARIAN: - journalist: "On October 26 (1999) I was in the National Assembly starting from 12:00 hrs. I descended to the cafeteria at 13:30PM with Nariné Mkrtchian. Nayiri Hunanyan was seated near Nayiri Badalyan in the company of 'boy-scouts' that I did not recognize then. At another table was seated Bagrat Yessayan, who saluted nayiri, had a short conversation with him, then sat near "Aravot" newspaper's journalist Anna Israyelian, who was sitting with RFE/RL Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Rouzan Khachatryan (currently S. Demirjian's "PPA"-'s press secretary – A.K.) and Marietta Makarian. Then, for a moment, came Khachatur Soukiassyan (nicknamed 'Grzo' – "Sil Group" wealthy millionaire businessman and MP – A.K.). All of us were seated around one table. After a while, Bagrat Yessayan left the place. Nariné Mkrtchian and I also walked out of the cafeteria. (Chief dashnak Criminal – A.K.) Nayiri Hunanyan remained sitting with his (dashnak-Homenetmen 'boy-scout '– A.K.) comrades; I think that his younger brother Karen was among them too, but I am not quite sure." "I said 'hello' to Bagrat Yessayan and said a joke about the ARF-dashnaktsutyun. Alina ("Dro" and "October 27" Terror accomplice Vahan Hovhannissyan's secretary – V. Gh.) was among the group of the Homenetmen 'boy-scouts', then I saw Vahan Hovhannissyan with the Homenetmen 'boy-scouts' in the corridor, but not in the cafeteria of the NA. I had no personal acquaintance with any of the Homenetmen-dashnak 'boy-scouts', however the fact that they were Homenetmen 'boy-scouts' was known to everybody in the National Assembly… Bagrat Yessayan was seated around Anna Israyelian's table, while (Chief dashnak Monster – A.K.) nayiri hounanyan was seated with the other 'boy-scouts'. I do not know whether Nayiri Hunanyan was chatting with Bagrat (Yessayan) except saying 'hello' to him, or not." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.12, case-pages 156). 4. MARIETTA MAKARYAN – journalist: "Bagrat had approached and sat for 10-15 minutes around our table, then he approached to his comrades, i.e. the six young men who were seated just behind us, who were drinking coffee and were murmuring something in a conspirative manner. When Bagrat Yessayan left our table and approached to those boys, my colleague journalist girls recognized those (6) young men and I do not remember who among them said that those were the (dashnak-Homenetmen – A.K.) 'boy-scouts'. When Bagrat returned to our table, we told him by humor, "What is it? Is it a '(Homenetmen) boy-scouting' camp in the middle of the National Assembly, or you are preparing for the seizure of the power levers in the country?" "…On October 27 1999, I ascended quickly by the stairs and I don't exactly remember on which side of the second floor, near the walls of the corridor, I saw two young men with their hands calmly inserted in their pockets. At first sight they seemed familiar to me, but I couldn't memorize where I had seen them before. When I tried to turn towards the corridor leading to the auditorium of the NA, there I saw the policemen and the officers of the Military Prosecutor's Office who were blocking the way and were demanding everybody to get out of the Parliament building… I returned by the same path that I had come in, but already, past a couple of minutes, those 2 young men had disappeared. At this point, I remembered that I had seen them the day before in the NA cafeteria, sitting around the table of the Homenetmen 'boy-scouts'. On October 28 1999, at around 15:00-15:50PM, I was at the entrance of Derenik Demirjyan Street. Again, in the company of our colleague journalists, we were trying to analyze what had happened the day before in the Parliament hall, and were taking some interviews, and at that moment I remembered the incident of October 26 in the Parliament cafeteria. I tried to discuss my worries with my colleagues; Nariné and several other journalists remembered the details of what had happened in the cafeteria. But at that moment, VAHAN VARTANYAN, journalist of ARF-dashnak "Hayots Ashkharh" paper rudely insulted me and tried to justify the "Homenetmen" 'boy-scouts', by saying that they had no involvement in the Terrorist Act. I, on my turn tried to explain to him (Vahan Vartanyan, journalist of dashnak paper "Hayots Ashkharh") that I was not categorically accusing the 'boy-scouts', but their presence for such a long time in the cafeteria of the NA, and their presence in general seemed very susceptible to me. In the night of October 28, at 12:40AM after midnight, the telephone rang. I heard a male voice who was talking as if he had filled something in his mouth. At first, I thought that it was a wrong call. But when they called again, he said, "If you don't want to get killed on your turn, just close your mouth." I quickly closed the line." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.12, case-pages 162-163). 5. TIGRAN NAGHDALYAN – Director of 'national' "ArmTV-Hayloor": "…Starting from mid-1991, I was involved in activities aiming the foundation of "Homenetmen" 'boy-scout movement in Armenia. Mainly, I was responsible for the foreign relations, links with the international boy-scouting movement." "Let me mention that during 1990-91, I was involved with Nayiri Hunanyan also in the frameworks of "Homenetmen", where he was leading the Yerevan administration of "Homenetmen", while I was the responsible of the 'boy-scout' council. In 1991, I started my journalistic activities and for that reason my relationships with the 'boy-scout' organization were limited. According to the information that had reached to me, Nayiri Hunanyan was expelled from the "Homenetmen". I was acquainted with (dashnak partisans and "Homenetmen" 'boy-scouts' – A.K.) Karen Hunanyan and Edik Grikoryan by means of Nayiri Hunanyan, starting from 1990. I knew both of them being members of H.M.E.M. (Homenetmen), but we did not develop any special 'contacts' with one another, except in June 1991, when ("27" terrorist, ARF-dashnak partisan – A.K.) Edik Grikoryan was also included, along with me, in the first Soviet 'boy-scout' delegation visiting to the central headquarters of the international boy-scout federation." "In the framework of HOUD ("Hay Ousanoghneri Dashinq" – ARF-s first student organization in the Yerevan State University, the leader was Chief dashnak Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan – A.K.), nayiri was mainly busy in maintaining contacts with the members of the "Gharabagh Committee" of Armenia, which later constituted the elite of the Pan-Armenian national Movement (HHSh). In the following period, especially in the frame of the 'boy-scout' movement, nayiri had maintained the contacts with the leaders of the ARF (Bureau) of that period (i.e. Hrayr Maroukhyan & Co. – A.K.)." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.12, case-pages 187, 191, 194). 6. ROUZANNA KHACHATRYAN – journalist: "From the members of the "Homenetmen" 'boy-scout' organization, I had seen (on October 26 1999 – V. Gh.) in the cafeteria of the NA, Harutyun, (Harutyunyan – A.K.), but I am not able to remember correctly his surname. I recognize him, because my son had been in the "Homenetmen' 'boy-scout' camp during last summer, and I used to get informed about how my son was doing in the camp, through this Harutyun. I saw Harutyun with Andranik Manukyan; I told Harutyun that Bagrat (Yessayan) too was there. Harutyun asked me to tell Bagrat that he was there too. In the cafeteria, I called Bagrat to our table (he was sitting at the neighboring table) by joking, "What is it? Is it a 'boy-scout' camp here, in the middle of the National Assembly?" Then we all laughed, they, the 'boy-scouts' laughed too. Concerning the 'incident', after "October 27", the responsible of press of the Tekeyan Cultural Association Marietta Makaryan called to me by telephone and reminded me, "Do you remember what you said to the 'boy-scouts', "have you come to make a 'boy-scout' camp, occupy the National Assembly?" Who were those 'boy-scouts'?" I replied, "Listen Marietta, what 'boy-scouts are you talking about?" Then I remembered about what she was asking, because I had just joked by mentioning Bagrat Yessayan's name as a 'boy-scout'. In fact, yes, I had seen for a moment Marietta Makaryan around our table at the eve of “27” - on October 26." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.13, case-pages 66-70). 7. SEROP DER-BOGHOSSYAN – Homenetmen-dashnak 'boy-scout', businessman, (former president of Judeo-Masonic "Rotary Club International" in Armenia c/o www.mason.org.tr – owner of "Metal Prince" metallurgy industry, U.S. citizen born in Iraq, residence in California – A.K.): "Answering to your question about whether I was acquainted with the Hunanyan brothers nayiri and Karen, I reply that yes, I was acquainted with the Hunanyan brothers since 1990 in the U.S.A., when they were rendering a visit to the United States of America in the company of (Homenetmen) 'boy-scout' group. At that time, I was the general responsible of the H.M.E.M. (Homenetmen) sporting organization in the U.S.A, and a member of the administration of the Homenetmen, including the 'boy-scout' organization. The Hunanyan brothers, accompanied by 10 other 'adolescents' had arrived to the U.S.A. in order to participate in the yearly "Navasardyan" games organized by the H.M.E.M. (Homenetmen) scouting organization." "In 1991 I visited Yerevan. In the "Hrazdan" Stadium, during the celebration, Karen Hunanyan noticed me and we wrapped our arms around each others’ necks just like old-old friends, like 'genuine' H.M.E.M. 'boy-scout' (or Taleat Pasha's Freemason or "Rotary Club" member – A.K.) 'brothers'." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.14, case-pages 33-34). 8. VRAM GALSTYAN – former 'boy-scout', ARF-dashnak partisan. Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan's uncle: "Karen was a member of the H.M.E.M. (Homenetmen), starting from 1990, presumably till 1992 or 1993. I don't know exactly why he quit the Homenetmen, which, in fact, is the inferior ring of ARF-dashnaktsutyun (terrorist organization – A.K.). ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.26, case-page 67). 9. HARUTYUN HARUTYUNYAN: "Homenetmen" (H.M.E.M.) 'boy-scout' organization leader following Chief (dashnak) Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan: "Bagrat Yessayan, who worked in the President's (i.e., "27" mastermind organizer Kocharyan's – A.K.) staff as a 'referent', is the chairman of the central administration of Armenia's 'national' boy-scout organization "Homenetmen-Hask". ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.34, case-page 7). 10. CHIEF CRIMINAL Nayiri Hunanyan: Founder of "Homenetmen" (dashnak-H.M.E.M. – A.K.) boy-scout organization in Armenia – MURDERER: "My brother Karen was born in 1974. In 1989 he became a member of H.M.E.M., in the status of a 'boy-scout' group leader (‘arachnort’). In 1990, for the first time, he participated in the Homenetmen 'Navasardyan Games' held in Los Angeles, as a member of the first Homenetmen delegation from Armenia." "Karen had taken $300 from our American-Armenian (Judeo-Masonic "Rotary Club International" official scoundrel-representative – A.K.) Serop Ter-Poghossyan, in 1 dollar bills." "It was I who had introduced Bagrat Yessayan to the student movement… Later on, I had introduced him to miscellaneous ARF-dashnaktsakan leaders coming to Armenia from foreign countries; I had introduced him into the H.M.E.M." "I know Naghdalyan Tigran and have been very intimate 'friends' starting from 1988… I have created the student organization (HOUD) and have inserted Naghdalyan into it. I have published a (student) wallpaper ("HOUD" in the Yerevan State University – A.K.), and have persuaded Tigran to participate in its activities. I have created a "Homenetmen" organization and have assigned him  as a chairman of the 'boy-scouting' council." "The ARF-dashnaktsutyun Central Committee (‘Ken-Ken’), without having the right of doing it, had dissolved the "Homenetmen" (H.M.E.M.) branch in Yerevan, which was founded by me. After that incident, I and hundreds of other "Homenetmen" members simply stopped from participating in those works. During the days when I was the chairman (of the Yerevan "Homenetmen" branch – A.K.), Harutyun Harutyunyan was not even a member of H.M.E.M, but as far as I know, Harutyun was an ordinary partisan member of ARF-dashnaktsutyun. I knew Harutyun for the first time from the partisan ranks of ARF-dashnaktsutyun, even before knowing him in the H.M.E.M." "At one time, I had recruited Gegham Manoukyan in the ranks of the Homenetmen. Later on, while traveling to the U.S., I took Gegham Manoukyan (present editor-in-chief of "Yerkir", official organ of Armenian Talibans-ARF-dashnaktsutyun in Armenia – A.K.) along with me. Then I assisted him (Gegham), and recommended him in order for him to become an ARF partisan member." ("October 27" Criminal Case, Volume No.17, case-pages 5, 67, Volume No. 19, case-pages 88-89, 92, 94). "I had created the "Homenetmen" (in Armenia) and had become its leader – "27" Criminal Case, Volume No. 20, case-page 80). Dear reader, This was all. Analyze for yourself, analyze the way you wish. I would like to know about your conclusions after attentively reading and analyzing the above material. However, you should agree with me that dry facts remain dry facts that talk for themselves; AND THE FACT IS THAT ON JULY 29 ("October 27" ignominious Massacre organizer – A.K.) ROBERT KOCHARYAN HAPPILY ACCEPTED THE EMBLEM OF THE 'BOY-SCOUT' ORGANIZATION THAT WAS FOUNDED IN ARMENIA BY NONE OTHER THAN THE CHIEF CRIMINAL nayiri hounanyan – The "Homenetmen" 'boy-scout' neck-tie.
