Right after "October 27", the pro-regime mass propaganda machine was set to launch a campaign aiming to create the false impression that Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan was connected to the Turks. Their aim was obvious: It was very easy for them to brainwash, without presenting any substantiations, the heads of Armenians that have heard the preachings about "permanent friend – permanent enemy" on a daily basis since early childhood, in order to make them easily believe that the organizers of "October 27" Terrorist Act were the Turks. It was in priory obvious that this preaching targeted only fellow Armenian nationals. But the orderers of this disinformation campaign were strongly surprised, when they were faced with the fact that there still exist in Armenia some conscious people, who do not suffer from blind hatred, and by paying great attention to the facts, are making serious analyses. The latters are also noticing that all those, who have raised sky-reaching tumult concerning Colonel Moushegh Saghatelyan's 'forged university diploma', have 'forgotten about the fact that already for more than 3 years the Republic of Armenia does not have a legal guarantor of its Constitution; does not have a Supreme Commander of the Army – i.e. a LEGITIMATE President. And the reason for all this is the forged document; not Moushegh Saghatelyan's unused "forged diploma", but THE FORGED CERTIFICATION THAT WAS PRESENTED BY KOCHARYAN TO THE CENTRAL ELECTORAL COMMITTEE IN 1998, ABOUT HIS 'BEING A PERMANENT CITIZEN OF RA, CONTINUOUSLY LIVING IN ARMENIA FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS'.

 Who is who, but among those who raised the tumult about Col. Saghatelyan's 'forged diploma' is notorious (dashnak partisan, axial accomplice in the  organization of "27" Terrorist beheading of our National Statehood – A.K.) NAGHDALYAN TIGRAN, who is pretending in having 'forgotten' that he personally has a considerable experience in PRESENTING FAKE DOCUMENTS THAT DO NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY.

 Let me substantiate what I'm saying by making some quotes from "27" Massacre  accomplice Naghdalyan Tigran's personally written and endorsed testimonies that are included in the "27" terrorist-criminal case investigation file, that was enhanced by Gagik Djehangiryan's Chief Military Prosecution Office. Naghdalyan Tigran (ex-Soviet Komsomol activist; betrayer of 1998 Gharabagh Movement activists at Yerevan's Freedom Square; later on Prague-based C.I.A. den RFE/RL-trained provocateur; dashnak partisan 'director' of so-called 'national and 'state' "ArmTV" of Kocharyan's Serge Sarkissyan's personal usage and unilateral dashnak propaganda and "October 27" treacherous terrorist plot logistic organizer-accomplice along with his vice-director, Homenetmen boy-scouts chief and dashnak partisan freed suspect in "27" HAROUTYOUN HAROUTYOUNYAN – A.K.) is 'forgetting' that Chief Criminal's younger brother KAREN HOUNANYAN, who along with other (dashnak-Homenetmen 'boy-scout' – A.K.) terrorists had attacked Armenia's Parliament on "October 27" '99, had made best use of the FORGED document-diploma supplied by the 'national'  ArmTV and personally by this NAGHDALYAN TIGRAN.

 First of all let me inform the readers, that NAGHDALYAN  TIGRAN had prior acquaintance with 4 of the "27" terrorists now under custody. NAGHDALYAN  TIGRAN had passed 7 'unforgettable' days in Poland with the company of Chief Monster Nayiri Hunanyan, his younger Monster brother Karen Hounanyan and their uncle Vram Galstyan. While he, Naghdalyan  Tigran had prepared and broadcast on his ArmTV (den of dashnak unilateral propaganda – A.K.) a TV program about Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan's gang-member (Homenetmen Boy Scout and ARF-dashnaktsoutyoun partisan member – A.K.) EDIK GRIKORYAN.

 During his interrogation in the Chief Military Prosecution of RA, answering to the investigator's following questions "Did he (Naghdalyan  Tigran) personally know Karen Hounanyan? What kind of a character was he (criminal Karen Hounanyan)? Who had been the close friends of Chief Rascal Nayiri Hunanyan and Karen Hounanyan?" NAGHDALYAN  TIGRAN had stated in his written reply, "I cannot say anything about Karen Hounanyan. I did not have much contact with him. Generally speaking, he has left on me the impression of an uncultivated and uneducated person…" (Volume 12 of "27" criminal-terrorist case Accusatory Conclusion, case-pages 192-193).

 The military investigator had asked Naghdalyan Tigran, "Were the terrorists that you personally knew, addicts in using narcotics and alcoholic drinks, or not?" (c/o U.S. citizen conspiracy theoretist Mrs. Gassya Abgaryan-Jammal's 'versus' – A.K.) Naghdalyan  Tigran had replied, "I cannot say anything about Karen Hounanyan…" (Volume 12 of "27" criminal terrorist case A.C., case-page 194). Here a question arises: How could it happen that they (Serge Sarkissyan's KGB and Naghdalyan  Tigran's ArmTV – A.K.) included an 'uncultivated' and 'uneducated' person like Karen Hounanyan, someone that Naghdalyan  Tigran pretended 'not to know', in Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan's already 'famous' ArmTV 'reporters'' group that was sent to Turkey? Here, Naghdalyan  Tigran answers, "Karen Hounanyan was sent as an 'assistant'." (Volume 12 of "27" criminal-terrorist case A.C., case-page 196).

 Did Karen Hounanyan have a relevant profession, qualification or a diploma to be recruited in such a 'journalistic' mission? Not at all! But this could not present an obstacle for the protÈgÈ (Tigran Naghdalyan ) of the person illegitimately occupying the post of Presidency and illegally receiving the salary of the President of RA (Robik Sedrakoghli ben Voyin – A.K.), in order to provide "27" Criminal-Terrorist Karen Hounanyan with a corresponding forged document (diploma), for the latter to carry out his 'mission' appointed by Serge Sarkissyan's KGB in Turkey, as a CAMOUFLAGE preparation for "October 27" plot.

 "Concerning the group that had traveled to Turkey, we had supplied 4 members  of them with identification passes in English, based on signed (formal –A.K.) 'job-contracts', without mentioning any expiry dates. These 4 documents were signed and stamped by myself (Volume 12 of "October 27" criminal-terrorist case Accusatory Conclusion, case-page 193).

 It is worth to pay attention to the detail, that the routine of filling the pass-'diploma'-s released by so-called 'national', 'state' and 'public'  ArmTV is not a part of Naghdalyan  Tigran's assistant KARINE HAKOBYAN's duties. However Naghdalyan  Tigran had confidentially ordered KarinÈ

Hakobyan to prepare these illegal documents. Never before or after that, had KarinÈ Hakobyan performed such a 'duty'.

 "As far as I remember, nevertheless, my assistant had prepared and filled  those 4 (ArmTV) I.D. passes. I mean you had completed the pass-diplomas, KarinÈ Hakobyan, who are being interrogated face-to-face with me. And the endorsed 'job contracts' served as a basis to provide these documents. The pass-diplomas were prepared following my orders," has written Naghdalyan  Tigran in his testimonies of "27" terrorist case.  Concerning this, in her answer to the military investigator's question "Except the documents mentioned above, had you at any time before filled similar ArmTV identity pass-diplomas or not? If yes, then when?" KarinÈ Hakobyan had answered in writing, "No, I had never prepared such documents (except in this case). It is not a part of my duties." (Volume 13 of "October 27" criminal-terrorist case Accusatory Conclusion, case-page 14-15).

 Here, it is important to note that ArmTV's group of (so-called) 'journalists' was not sent to Turkey just to make some video films about the "Istamboul Bazaar", but according  to 'documental' reports that are included in the records of the "27" criminal investigation, 'they were to have some very important meetings with the Turks'. "At the same time, the idea was

pursued of reaching to an agreement (with the Turkish side) in order to organize a "Yerevan-Ankara" tele-bridge program, trying to assure the participations of Armenia's President and Turkey's Prime Minister in this television show." (Volume 12, case-page 190). And pay attention that 'in order to realize such 'an important mission on the highest level', some 'uncultivated' and 'uneducated' 'assistant' Karen Hounanyan was being sent by Serge Sarkissyan's KGB and 'national' ArmTV's Naghdalyan  Tigran, armed with a forged identification diploma.

 As you should know by now, the regime's propaganda machine, with the obvious aim of misleading the Armenian society, was drumming that Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan was he alone performing the necessary the preparations and arrangements for the journey to Turkey.

 However, after the careful reading of Naghdalyan  Tigran's testimonies given to the Military Prosecution of RA, it comes out that the information propagated by Kocharyan+Serge Sarkissyan+ARF-dashnaktsoutyoun-financed press was incorrect and intentional (as usual). Thus it comes out that it was none other than Naghdalyan  Tigran that had PERSONALLY appealed to the Turkish Embassy in Moscow in order to get the visas and the necessary facilities for his group of future "27" treacherous terrorist-criminals.

 "Before the travel of the 'creative group' (lead by Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan – A.K.) to Turkey, the ("October 27" Crime organizer "Triple Rascal' Serge Sarkissyan's – A.K.) KGB was informed by means of my counselor ARAM BAGOYAN (KGB secret agent), while Foreign Ministry was informed by means of certain members of staff working in the Department of Turkey in the Foreign Ministry – A.K.). After coordinating the (Chief Criminal Nayiri Hunanyan's – A.K.) group's work with the above-mentioned sides (KGB and Foreign Ministry), I had appealed to the Turkish Embassy in Moscow, which on its turn facilitated the group's visit to Turkey," writes NAGHDALYAN  TIGRAN in his testimonies given to "27" Terrorist case investigation. (Volume 12, case-page 193).

 Therefore, in my opinion, the following very important issues are thus clarified:

1. The initiative of  "visiting Turkey" did not come from the part of the "creative" group.

2. They had traveled to Turkey not for the aim of realizing the plans of the 'job-contract', BUT WITH THE AIM OF PRESENTING LATER ON Nayiri Hunanyan AS SOMEONE WHO HAD BEEN "INTERCEPTED & RECRUITED" AS A "DOUBLE AGENT" BY THE TURKISH SECRET SERVICES (MIT – A.K.). However in the result, the sponsors of the "27" terrorists and the mass media financed by them eventually FAILED in their mission of serving this alternative 'in the proper way' to us -inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia (thanks to the patriotic and  courageous efforts of the opposition press in Armenia, namely "Chorrord Ishkhanoutyoun", "Haykakan Zhamanak", "Aravot" Dailies & "Armat" Weekly published in Yerevan, that step-by-step kept the remaining healthy part of the Armenian Society in Armenia and the Diaspora aware and informed about the HORRIBLE TRUTH – A.K.).
