The substance of one of the accusations driven by the regime against the former Chief of the Administration of Prisons of the Interior Ministry of RA Col. Moushegh Saghatelian was that M. Saghatelian, in his status of Chief of Administration of Prisons of the Interior Ministry of RA, "had proposed a bribe of USD 50,000 to Harutune Grikoryan (nicknamed 'Sheytan' - A.K.), a prisoner- informer (agent) cooperating with the law-enforcement bodies, who was freed from jail before the completion of his prison term, for the latter to declare that, as if, during the fulfillment of 'investigation' assignments 'entrusted'  to him by the Interior Ministry rgans, in order to maintain contacts with the executors of "October 27" terrorist act in their prison cells, he had found out  that the organizers of "October 27" Terrorist Act were the president of RA Robert Kocharyan and the Defense minister (KGB minister on the day of "27") Serzhik Sarkissyan."

 This accusation forwarded against Political Prisoner Moushegh Saghatelyan is

as absurd as the remaining 'accusations' forwarded against this brave and patriotic Colonel. I think that any person who is endowed by God with the divine faculty of reasoning and logic, will easily understand that Hakob Babayan, the puppet investigator of the General Prosecutor's office, by neglecting the obvious conflicts and contradictions in the materials piled up for the aim of launching a criminal case against Col. Moushegh Saghatelian, accompanied with the absolute absence of elementary logic in these materials, has patched, mended, stretched and artificially magnified the case; however in vain. In the result, he has failed in accomplishing his masters' political orders in building a 'criminal case', but has awkwardly fabricated a 'case' instead.

 As I had said previously, any normal person who is knowledgable of the details of this 'case' could detect all this judicial fraud and corruption.

 Moreover, all those, who apart from the materials of this fabricated 'criminal case' are also well-informed and continuously follow-up the developments of Armenia's inner-political life, required that they are objective and impartial, they would certainly conclude that the regime, by forwarding fake and obviously fabricated 'accusations' against Moushegh Saghatelian, are in reality pursuing the aim of political liquidation…

Concerning the fact that Col. Moushegh Saghatelian is not even trying to hide his suspicions concerning Robert Kocharyan's and Serzhik Sarkissyan's complicity in "27", then, he has the right to suspect as much as any other citizen of the Republic of Armenia has the right to suspect; knowing that the citizens of Armenia have the right to suspect as long as the trial of "October 27" is not over. Let me remind you that Robert Kocharyan is AT LEAST an important 'eyewitness' in the "October 27" criminal-terrorist case

- as a minimum. Hence,

 1.  It was Robert Kocharyan who had avoided from giving an evaluation right after the Terrorist Act. Moreover, he had avoided from delivering a speech right after the Terrorist Act, addressed to the population of RA, under the pretext that he was 'unshaved'. What do you think? How much time does someone need in order to get shaved? Is it tens of hours? Or is it that the people, by leaving aside their pain and sufferance, Kocharyan's numerous violations since day 1 of his 'election', would 'accuse' him for appearing unshaved on the TV screens…?

 2.  It was him, Robert Kocharyan, that called the dashnak-partisan 'doctor'-terrorist Edik Grikoryan who traveled abroad several times every year as a "Homenetmen" 'boy-scout' or a 'journalist', and the dashnak-partisan hounanyan brothers (nayiri & Karen) who had just sold their house in the coastal city of Yevpatoria, Crimea, for $15,000 and their uncle Vram Galstyan as "5 lunatics that even do not have enough money to buy a pair of shoes".

3.  The chief of Robert Kocharyan's presidential staff Alexan (Alik) Haroutyounyan was Kocharyan's, and at the same time, Chief Criminal nayiri hounanyan's close friend, who was arrested by the investigation body of the Military Prosecution of RA, on the ground of very substantial proofs, but was later on released to freedom, right after Robert Kocharyan came out of his 'status of an unshaved spectator'; it means right after the change of the political situation in favor of Kocharyan.

 4. It was Kocharyan's 'beloved' "ArmTV"-"Hayloor" (Director: "October 27" State-Treason-Massacre logistic accomplice 'arvamol-gyot-galouboy-gay' komsomol-dashnak homosexual Naghdalyan Tigran - A.K.) mass media that had provided the terrorists attacking the Armenian National Assembly with forged "ArmTV" certificates-entry passes.

 5. It was Kocharyan's beloved "ArmTV"-"Hayloor" that during Vano Siradeghyan's trial show, by violating Vano Siradeghyan's Presumption of Innocence, was continuously calling Vano as 'chief murderer', 'chief terrorist', while, on the other hand, "Hayloor" was insistingly calling the national traitor (nayiri hunanyan) that beheaded the Armenian Statehood in

front of the eyes of hundreds of Parliament deputies and millions of TV spectators, as 'chief defendant'.

 6.  It was this same Kocharyan, who had declared that during his reign, not a single death-sentence will be executed. This was nothing else other than an obvious call addressed to the Chief dashnak Terrorist (nayiri hounanyan) in order to avoid from giving testimonies to the investigation bodies.

However, Kocharyan's promise, in reality, was not a real promise of course, but a

camouflage soft pillow put under nayiri hounanyan's head, in order to silence them until the day of their physical liquidation, i.e. their quick condemnation to death penalty and the instant execution of the verdict by means of a firing squad.

 7.  It was this same Kocharyan who was invited by the exclusively 'literate' and extremely cunning dashnak 'boy-scout' Chief Terrorist nayiri hounanyan for 'negotiations' - under the pretext of providing live TV transmission. However, despite that the demand of live transmission was not fulfilled, Chief Criminal nayiri and his gang yieldingly put down the weapons and surrendered, heading for the death sentence (which was then formulated by the conspirators of the presidential palace as assurances of a 'just trial').

 8.  It was this same Kocharyan, that right after the selection of the room where the 'negotiations' were to be held with Chief dashnak Criminal hunanyan, had waited idle for 20 minutes, till nayiri hounanyan was brought there.

Why did Kocharyan go to the 'negotiation' place directly after the selection of the room, i.e. 20 minutes before the start of the 'negotiation' and why did he insist in waiting there?

The real reason that Kocharyan went there right away after the room was chosen, in my opinion, is the following: By instantly going there and waiting for 20 minutes, he prohibited anyone who would install eavesdropping or video-audio recording equipment ('zhouchok') without his knowledge. In case this equipment were installed in his presence, than it would not be difficult for him to control the 'procedure'.

 9.  It was this Kocharyan who was scared to death from the consequences of the independent operations carried out by the Military Prosecutor of RA Gagik Jehangiryan. Therefore, he rudely prohibited Jehangiryan from presenting his report to the Parliament. Do not think that this was the provision of the Law, because afterwards, he did not behave in a similar manner with respect to a similar operation by the investigation body concerning the case of "Energy usurpations" (failed 'mazout' case).

You have to agree that, if (eventually sold-out Chief Military Prosecutor -A.K.) Jehangiryan today would show a similar intention, Kocharyan would not block his way. The reason is that today's Chief Military Prosecutor Jehangiryan is not that rebel Chief Military Prosecutor Jehangiryan of the year 2000. More precisely said, today, Jehangiryan is not that brave and objective Jehangiryan of the year 2000.

 10.  It was this same Kocharyan, who had declared during his press conference of December 14 2001, that during his presidency, he cannot tolerate that the National Assembly witnessed a majority of 2/3 and had added, "Therefore, either I will not exist, or that National Assembly will not…"

Notice that this was an uncautious self-confession from Kocharyan's part. The Terrorist Act executed by nayiri hounanyan's dashnak gang of criminals was nothing else, but the accomplishment of Kocharyan's above-mentioned wish, because in the period before "October 27" there existed in the National Assembly of Armenia the majority of the 2/3 that Kocharyan (who was then in the status of the 'English Queen' - A.K.) hated and feared so desperately.

 11.  After all, it was this Kocharyan, who released his 'ouchastkovy' (ordinary police officer) versus even before the criminal investigation had begun, for the aim of misguiding and diverting the investigation of the unprecedented Crime from its correct path. He declared that "27" crime constituted a criminal case on such a level, that even a street police officer 'ouchastkovy' could easily uncover. This means, he wanted to dictate that the crime was initially 'uncovered', that the gang of 5 terrorists had executed the Terrorist Act alone… end of the case…

At this point, we might agree with Kocharyan. No doubt that the direct executors of the Parliament Massacre were those 5 rascals. Moreover, we might agree with him, that indeed, any ordinary street police officer ('ouchaskovy') would have been able to uncover without any difficulty the organizers and masterminds of Terror that stood behind the 5 rascals, however, on condition that this 'ouchastkovy' be HONEST.

However, for the reason that it is as clear as the Sun who the Terror organizers and masterminds were in reality, the activity of any HONEST 'ouchastkovy' policeman would not serve the best interests of neither Robert Kocharyan, nor his fellow criminal partner - former KGB Minister Serzhik Sarkissyan, who had recruited the dashnak 'boy-scout' scoundrel nayiri hounanyan as an agent of the National Security Agency he controlled.

Because of the existence of so many unanswered suspicions, and because all these solid suspicions are neither rejected nor confirmed by the state judicial organs, every member of the Armenian society maintains the legitimate right to suspect on Robert Kocharyan and Serzhik Sarkissyan, without a minimal feeling of ill-conscience or remorse…

In all cases, I, free citizen of the Independent and Soveriegn Republic of Armenia Vahagn Ghoukassian, in the present situation of so many unanswered questions, preserve my legitimate right to suspect on this duo, as long as these burning 'suspicions' are not being publicly refuted or confirmed.

Consequently, how could the Brave Colonel, political prisoner Moushegh

Saghatelyan, a courageous fighter for the defense of the borders of Armenia and the liberation of Artsakh-Gharabagh, who had gained vast experience while occupying responsible posts in the system of the Ministry of Interior affairs for many years, not suspect under the overwhelming existence of so many vivid facts and evidence.

Returning to political prisoner Moushegh Saghatelyan's so-called 'criminal' case, let us note that the 'investigator' of the General Prosecution (Koryoun Piloyan), who is a subordinate 'chinovnik' to Robert Kocharyan, without taking into consideration the fact that the trial of "October 27" coup is not over yet, only after the termination of which the guilt or the 'innocence' of (Gharabagh Mafia patrons - A.K.) Robert Kocharyan and Serzhik Sarkissyan could be determined (by law), takes the 'initiative' of forwarding a criminal accusation in a crime that Saghatelyan had never

committed. In fact, we can record right here, that in the current situation when the

criminal investigation of the detached criminal case concerning the organizers of "27" Terror is still ongoing, another investigator of the General Prosecution of RA, Hakob Babayan, who is not related to the investigation concerning the detached criminal case, has reserved the 'right' for himself to decide who is guilty and who is not! Furthermore, he has committed consequent illegal actions.

 The above-mentioned fact (i.e. the illegal and unjust verdict against Col. Moushegh Saghatelyan) is an occasion of extremely serious concern, because it is nothing but an additional attempt to divert and deviate the operations of the investigation group of the Military Prosecution (from the part of the well-known high-ranked organizers of "October 27" State Treason-Massacre coup - A.K.).
