WHO IS THIS DARK CHARACTER NAMED TIGRAN NAZARYAN? "Taqnvadz Demq, kam` Ov E Ays Mout Andz@?”

“Nalbandyan 104” This is the dark grey building, the ‘school’ of nayiri hounanyan; otherwise known as “Cheka”, “KGB”, “NKVD”, “Ministry of State Security”

– call it as you like, however it will not change in the substance. It has always plotted conspiracies, and it is still plotting conspiracies nowadays. It will continue to plot conspiracies in the future.                              Vahagn Ghoukassian

The fact that ("October 27" Massacre organizer KGB patron – A.K.) Serzhik Sarkissyan is a Russian KGB agent (spy) is not a secret to anybody any more. Moreover, nobody should have any doubts in that Serzhik was a Russian KGB agent since long-long years. I must remind the reader that this 'chinovnik' Serzhik, in only nine years, achieved to build a 1st-class career. At first, Serzhik occupied the 'post' of head of section of the Azerbaijani Leninski Organization of Young Communists (Komsomol) in Gharabagh, then the post of second secretary of Komsomol, then 1st secretary of the same organization, then he occupied the post of chief of Propaganda and Agitation section of the Stepanakert City committee of the Azerbaijani Communist Party. During the last years of the U.S.S.R., Serzhik Sarkissyan was the assistant of Heydar Aliyev's 'Armenian' origin notorious anti-Armenian puppet working for Baku – Kevorgov, the infamous secretary of the regional committee of the Azerbaijani Communist Party in the Autonomous Region of Nagorno-Gharabagh.

Afterwards, Serzhik became the assistant of Gevorgov's successor on top of the regional committee of the Azerbaijani Communist Party in Gharabagh  Henrik Poghossyan.

At this point, it is necessary to remember the fact that has grown into a conviction today, that the Liberation Movement of 1988 that was initiated in Gharabagh, was within the control of the KGB, and the Armenian-Azeri clashes and the horrible massacres committed against the Armenian population in the territory of Azerbaijan (e.g. Soumgait, Kirovadab-Gandzak & Baku – A.K.) were instigated by the Soviet KGB.

Another undeniable fact is that Henrik Poghossyan was entrusted by the Soviet KGB with the mission to guide the uprising in Gharabagh, and probably H.Poghossyan 'passed away' (died) in Moscow at his young age in order to  take this secret along with him to the grave.

Being an activist of the Gharabagh Movement in Stepanakert, notorious Serzhik Sarkissyan, at the same time was the messenger, the link between the leader of the Communist Party leadership of Nagorno-Gharabagh (late H. Poghossyan) and the leadership of the Strike Committee or the Board of Directors of Stepanakert. This last fact attains a more and more sinister character, when we remember as well that Serzhik Sarkissyan also carried out the role of the messenger between the headquarter of the Russian Army headquarters in Stepanakert and between the Armenian side of the uprising.

All these facts prove that Serzhik Sarkissyan had played an important double role for the account of the KGB of the U.S.S.R.. Apart from all these roles, Serzhik Sarkissyan had another, yet more important function. I am talking about the years of the Cold War, when the state border of the U.S.S.R. was considered as an 'Iron Curtain', and thus the secret agents of the KGB made use of the structures of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the "Foreign Tourism Administration", in order to penetrate and trespass beyond the "Iron Curtain".

Thus, it comes out that during the last years of the existence of the U.S.S.R., Serzhik Sarkissyan had also occupied the post of the head of the "Foreign Tourism Administration" in the Nagorno-Gharabagh Autonomous Region of Azerbaijan, that is to say, Serzhik Sarkissyan used to coordinate the activities of the Soviet KGB secret agents traveling abroad in the form of tourists, where they would implement the spying plans of the KGB, under the pretexts of overthrowing the citizenship of the U.S.S.R., 'political  asylum', dissidence or any other 'adequate' pretext (e.g. the case of KGB-C.I.A. notorious double agent, criminal, ARF-dashnaktsutyun's ideologist of Terror, RFE/RL ex-speaker in Munich Edward Hovhannissyan-Panchouni – A.K.)…

There is yet another important circumstance. Let nobody think that all these 'events' are just a part of Serzhik Sarkissyan's biography of the past  years; because, the secret services do not acknowledge the status of a 'former' spy or an 'ex'-secret agent. However, it could happen that the activities of some secret agents are frozen, even for decades; but they are not frozen forever. Forever means the physical liquidation of the secret agent or the spy. The same way as it happened with the fates of Marius Youzbashyan, A. Khachatryan, H. Poghossyan, i.e. with all those high-ranked secret agents of the Soviet-Russian KGB, who by the circumstances of the posts they were occupying, handled top secret information; but starting from a certain point, they were no more useful for the further plans of the secret services; or their awareness of the top secret information would become an obstacle on the way of the realization of the secret operations planned by these secret services. For example, the organization and execution of a state coup d'état, as it happened in Armenia in 1998. Only a few months before the coup executed against First President Ter-Petrossian regime, Vano Siradeghian's close friend and close comrade-in-arms Rouben Navoyan was suddenly 'infected' with blood cancer and unexpectedly died. Nevertheless, let us note again that the term 'former spies' simply does not exist in the dictionary of the secret intelligence services. Now let us return to 'our great KGB-Cheka secret agent' Serzhik Azatich Sarkissyan. By tracking attentively the dynamics of Serzhik Sarkissyan's temper during the past several years, it has become clear and obvious that this person is living in very serious worries (presumably, personal worries). During these 2-3 years (especially after "October 27" Conspiracy – A.K.) Serzhik has got older as if by 15-20 years. Pay attention to his narrow shoulders bending forward, his eyes, the features of his face. Moreover, the information about his serious sickness is being actively circulated. If we add to all this the expensive armored car, the picture becomes more integral and clear, that even Serzhik Sarkissyan himself is counting the remaining days of his life.

The picture for Serzhik became even more sinister and darker, when so-called 'former' dashnak, "Dro" terrorist structure terrorist in criminal search, "October 27" accomplice Lebanese-dashnak Jirayr Sefilyan (Lebanese 'dashnak Jiro' of Shoushi) accused Serzhik Sarkissyan in treason publicly on the TV screens and warned him about the 'punishment mechanism' ARF-dashnaktsutyun usually 'applies with to traitors'…  It is clear that without the permit of his high-ranked leaders, this Lebanese 'dashnak Jiro' would not go so far, would not take such a high risk messing with 'all-mighty' Serzhik, by directly threatening to his life. This is out of any doubt. In such circumstances, the professional spies serving the foreign intelligence agencies are left with nothing except persuading their private masters that they can still prove useful for the agency's future plans and the conspiracies and plots. Let's say for the 'mission' of handing over (selling) Gharabagh, or by undertaking the dangerous duty of a 'double agent'. The silhouette of these future missions is already outlined for Serzhik's.

We are making reference to the visit to Armenia from Feb. 27 to Feb. 30 2001 of Serguei Stepashin, president of the Higher Palace of Russia, during which Stephasin handed a medal to Serzhik Sarkissyan for the services rendered to the Foreign Intelligence Services of the Russian Federation. All this demonstration 'ceremony' took place publicly and openly, which directly implies that the Russians 'pierced' and uncovered their top secret agent in Armenia named (Gharabaghtsi brother-killer betrayer 'Gayen-Triple Rascal, "October 27" High Treason organizer  – A.K.) Serzhik Azatich Sarkissyan. This is a real shame, an ignominy for Armenia.

It is not understood why this dangerous fact was ignored by the majority of the people, although this shameful and at the same time dangerous fact refers to a high state 'chinovnik' of the Republic of Armenia, who from now on, will be recognized and treated by the entire world not only as the Defense Minister of Independent Armenia and the Secretary of the Security Council of RA, but first of all, as the SPY WORKING ON THE PAYROLL OF THE SECRET SERVICES OF A FOREIGN COUNTRY (Russian Federation).

However, what was the real leitmotiv that urged the Russians to 'pierce' and unveil their top spy in Armenia Serzhik Sarkissyan? What new dark operations are being entrusted by the Russian secret services to this person? It is  difficult to predict right now. The Russian KGB would not take the step of 'piercing' a valuable spy with such a dark biography like Serzhik Sarkissyan, who is aware about the secrets of events that are not subject to publication, if the Russian KGB did not have some good reasons to go for such an extreme step. On the other hand, the fact that Serzhik is until now considered a useful spy for the Russian intelligence services 'can be taken to the bank'; otherwise, he would have 'incidentally' died by a 'heart attack' by now. The second variant, which is the selling of the spy to a foreign intelligence agency is out of question, because the secret services do not sell their personnel who are aware of such top-secret information, like Serzhik. Even if they sell spies of such caliber, it could be done exceptionally in the framework of the game called 'double agent'; i.e., with the knowledge of the master (KGB), the 'pierced' or the 'sold' secret agent passing to the adversary's disposition, gives them only the information tolerated by the KGB, thus becoming a source of disinformation to the adversary.

At the end, I consider it necessary to point out to one of the gravest mistakes (in my opinion) committed by the former HHSh (Levon Ter-Petrossian) authorities, when they ignored Interior Minister Vano Siradeghian's wise and serious proposal and did not open and publish the secret archives of Armenia's KGB agency and the lists of KGB spies and collaborators at the beginning of the 1990-ies. Thus, they unconsciously provided possibility to KGB agents like Serzhik Sarkissyan, "Sheytan", "Gosh", "Zouloum", (dashnak Garnik Isaghoulyan – A.K.) and KGB's remaining agents, who till date are bringing newer and newer disasters to the head of our Armenian people, following the instructions of their KGB masters sitting in Moscow and elsewhere.
